I work with you over a focused 4-week engagement. We'll look at what's working, identify where things are stuck, understand root causes, and create a clear action plan you can implement immediately.

You don't get a dusty report—you get clarity, tools, and a roadmap you can act on right away.

INVESTMENT

$1,500 for the full 4-week engagement (all four sessions and support).

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Initial Consultation (1 hour) - Diagnostic conversation about your challenges, goals, and what success looks like.

Two Deep-Dive Sessions (1 hour each, weeks 2-3) - We dig into team dynamics, communication patterns, leadership challenges, workflow issues. Working sessions where we look at specific moments and dynamics.

Synthesis & Action Planning Session (1 hour, week 4) - I synthesize what we've learned, reflect back what I'm seeing, and create a clear action plan with concrete next steps.

Email Support Between Sessions - Quick questions answered within 24 hours.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You'll work with someone who understands both the clinical (human behavior, communication) and organizational (systems, dynamics, change) dimensions of running a practice. I bring evidence-based approaches and genuine interest in helping your practice function better.

By the end of week 4, you'll have clarity on what's happening in your practice and exactly what steps to take next.

AFTER THE 4 WEEKS

Many practice owners choose to continue with ongoing support as they implement their action plan. If interested, we can discuss ongoing hourly consulting ($350/hour) or additional project work. The 4-week engagement is complete and valuable on its own—you'll have everything you need to move forward.
