Simple Habit - There are many meditation apps available, many of which are free. In sessions I offer and show a few of my favorites to encourage clients unfamiliar with meditation (or needing motivation!) to start building time and space into the routine for reflection and self connection. This app is one I like best because of the categories of focus as well as the (short) duration of the guided meditations. As there is a cost involved, I do suggest you google search for a free two week code to see if you like it enough to invest.
